◆ Full diameter flat bottom runner
When the valve is fully open, the gate completely leaves the flow path, and there is no groove at the bottom of the valve seat, which is not easy to accumulate debris. It is equivalent to a straight pipe and has the lowest flow resistance.
◆ All rubber covered gates
High-performance rubber wraps the skeleton completely, and cast iron is completely isolated from the medium without corrosion. The rubber is softly sealed and firmly knotted with the skeleton, and the whole is formed by hot vulcanization.

The stem has double thrust bearings at the neck, and the inverted stem avoids water pressure. Bronze material, self-lubricating with the valve stem, effectively reduce the operating torque.
◆ Valve stem axial seal (dark rod type)
Three O-ring seals, axial self-sealing under the effect of water pressure, without the trouble of packing seal adjustment. The top dust ring prevents external impurities from entering the shaft seal.
◆ Inverted seal structure (dark rod type DN≤300)
The patented inverted seal structure allows the valve to replace the O-ring seal at the gland in emergency situations where water is constantly flowing and at any angular opening.
◆ Medium flange connection
High-strength internal cavity angle screws, hot melt adhesive and valve cover rubber ring are closed, completely isolating the screws from the working medium and the external environment.

For gate valves of all specifications, the valve body is integrally cast with two legs, and the valve cover is integrally cast with two lifting rings, which is convenient for handling and storage.

The inner and outer surfaces of the valve are electrostatically coated with non-toxic epoxy resin powder, which is corrosion-resistant and long-life, and can be directly used in drinking water, food and pharmaceutical industries.
